Tattoo pricing depends on size, detail, color, and time. Shop minimum is $100. Piercings are flat-rate by type. All include jewelry.
Wash it, moisturize it, keep it out of the soak. Your artist will walk you through the rest.
SANIDERM or TEGADERM: Leave the bandage on for the time specified by your artist. This type of bandage keeps your tattoo sealed from the elements but is also breathable. Showering with the Saniderm on is just fine. When removing the bandage, carefully remove the bandage after washing with warm water and antibacterial soap. Once the bandage has been removed wash with soap and water again, pat dry with a clean paper towel and use a scent free moisturizer of your choice. Something like Hustle Butter is perfect. Do this 1-2 times a day until fully healed. (1-2 weeks). Traditional Heal with absorbent non stick bandage: Remove the bandage after 2-3 hours. Wash immediately with antibacterial soap and warm water. Pat dry with a clean paper towel. Then apply a thin layer of a scent free moisturizer like Hustle Butter. Do this 1-2 times a day until fully healed. (about 2-3 weeks). IMPORTNAT!!!: Don't use too much moisturizer. Just a thin layer, enough to make your new tattoo look shiny. Over moisturizing will suffocate your new tattoo and delay healing. Tattoos need to breath to heal properly. DO NOT cover again after removing bandage.
No pools, hot tubs, baths, swimming or long soaks while it heals. No picking. Sun is your tattoos enemy. The sun fades all tattoos new and old.
The shop uses Hustle Butter. Grab a tub on the way out if you want the same stuff at home.
If it looks infected, call the shop and possibly see a doctor. We would rather hear from you early rather than when you have a full blown infection. 802-373-3818
